RootsTech 2017: Free Live-Streaming Schedule Announced

rootstech17RootsTech has announced its live-streaming schedule for February 8–11, 2017. This is good news for those who are unable to make it to Salt Lake City for this year’s annual conference. Even better news is that the schedule includes presentations by each of the amazing keynotes! So wherever you may be, if you have an internet connection, this schedule is for you! Live-streaming will be found at RootsTech.org at the days and times listed below. All times are listed in MST. No pre-registration is required.

Wednesday, February 8, 2017 — Innovator Summit with Liz Wiseman

rt-saturday The RootsTech page will refresh at the beginning of each session. If you happen to experience a problem, you can manually refresh the page by clicking on the refresh symbol on your browser.

You may also be interested in the RootsTech app available for download on your iOS or android device. The app was not designed as a desktop version this year. Handouts for many sessions are available through the app to review, take notes, download, or email to yourself.

New for 2017, you can participate as a virtual attendee in social media giveaways using the hashtag #NotAtRootsTech.

Watch for an official giveaway Tweet from the RootsTech account (@RootsTechConf) on Thursday, February 9. Then, to enter, simply tweet a photo of you watching the conference online with the hashtag #NotAtRootsTech. Winners will be selected at random during the day. If your photo is selected, prizes such as a RootsTech t-shirt, hat, or backpack will be mailed to you.

The streaming schedule only provides a smidgen of the vast amount of information provided at RootsTech, but it truly is the next best option to being there!
