In case you haven’t heard, LeVar Burton will keynote RootsTech on Friday, February 10, 2017! I could NOT be more excited to hear such an accomplished individual share his own journey with us! You may remember him as Kunta Kinte in Roots, the host of Reading Rainbow, or as Geordi La Forge on StarTrek: The Next Generation.
“The story of Roots traces a family’s journey from Africa to America and back. At RootsTech, I’ll share some of my own journey of family, storytelling and the influence of African culture on my American Experience.”
— LeVar Burton
